Here is a list of frequently asked questions, which you may find helpful!

Q) Do you combine orders?
A) Yes if you place multiple orders and we haven't already posted any of your orders we are more than happy to combine your postage. Simply leave us a note at checkout or send us a message with your previous order number/s and we will refund any additional postage. If the total amount of your orders is over $200 and you're within Australia we will refund all of your postage.

Q) When will I receive my order?
A) Most clothing items are made to order with an up to 6 week turn around time.
Accessory items are in stock so If you have purchased accessories on their own these will posted to you within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you have purchased accessories with clothing in the one order please allow up to 7 weeks for your order to arrive.
Delivery turn around times will be listed in each product description.

Q) Will I receive tracking information about my parcel?
A) Yes we will send you a confirmation email once we have posted your parcel which will contain your tracking number from Australia post.

Q) How do I track my parcel?
A) Once you have received a confirmation email with your tracking number you can copy and paste this tracking number into the Australia post website for tracking updates. You may also receive email/ mobile phone updates from Australia post.

Q) Do you have lay-bys or Afterpay?
A) Yes we have Afterpay yay! Afterpay is for Australian and New Zealand residence only. Unfortunately we don't have lay-by.

Q) What happens if Afterpay oversells?
Occasionally if more than one person check out at the same time for the same item/s using afterpay the item/s can oversell. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible to either organise a replacement if possible or a refund.

Q) Do you accept exchanges if the size isn't correct?
A) Yes we do! Provided we still have the same fabric available you can exchange your item by posting it back to us at your expense and we will post the new size to you at our expense. (More info can be found under the 'Return policy' tab).

Q) If I exchange an item will I have to wait up to 6 weeks for the new item to arrive?
A) No, we will make and post your item as soon as we receive your original size back, unless we are waiting for more fabric if your item is no longer available.

Q) Do you accept refunds?
A) Yes we do provided you make contact with us within 14 days of receiving your order and the items are in brand new original condition with tags still attached. More info can be found under the 'Return policy' tab.

Q) Where are our items made?
A) All of our clothing items are made either in our home studio on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, or locally in Melbourne. Our accessories are made by various makers around Australia.

Q) How do I wash/ care for my product?
A) Please read the individual product description for the care instructions for the product you purchased.

Q) Do you ship worldwide?
A) Yes we do! Postage prices can be found on our ‘Postage’ tab.

Q) What is your clothing size range?
A) Currently our size range is Australian sizes 6-20.
