Here is a list of frequently asked questions which you may find helpful!
1. When will I receive my order?
As most items are made to order please allow up to 6 weeks for your item to arrive.
If a particular size which you have chosen has (in stock) in brackets next to the size in the drop down box that means this item is in stock and we will post it to you within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Do you accept exchanges if the size isn't correct?
Yes we do! Provided we still have the same fabric available you can exchange your item by posting it back to us at your expense and we will post the new size to you at our expense. (More info can be found at the 'Return policy' tab.
3. If I exchange an item will I have to wait up to 6 weeks for the new item to arrive?
No, we will make and post your item as soon as we receive your original size back.
4. Will I receive tracking information about my parcel?
Yes we will send you a confirmation email once we have posted your parcel which will contain your Australia post tracking number.
5. How do I track my parcel?
Once we have sent you an email with your tracking details you can copy and paste this tracking number into the Australia Post website.
6. Do you have after pay/ lay-by?
Our website doesn't offer after pay however we do offer lay-bys for 6 weeks. More info can be found under the 'Lay-by' tab.
7. Where are our items made?
All of our items are made either in our home studio on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, or locally in Melbourne.
8. Do you take custom orders?
Yes we do. More info can be found under the 'Custom orders' tab.
9. Do you accept refunds?
Yes we do provided you make contact with us within 7 days of receiving your order and the items are in brand new original condition with tags attached. More info can be found under the 'Return policy' tab.
